RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
Deposit payment request sent by check, bank transfer or postal order.
From 1 to 3 days: 50% of the amount of the stay (except July / August full prepayment).
From 4 days and more: 20% of the amount of the stay.
For half-board reservations, services that will not be used will not be refunded.
TERMS OF CANCELATION :
The deposit paid is a guarantee for the contractors: the client and the hotelier. We would therefore like to inform you that in the event of cancellation before the start of the stay, or in the event of early departure, the deposit will not be refundable. Conversely, failure by the hotelier to respect its commitments authorizes the client to claim damages equivalent to the amount of the deposit paid; moreover it recovers these of course.
